I write editorial features for Vanderbilt Magazine and university news channels, spotlighting students, faculty, and alumni who are shaping the world through innovation, scholarship, and advocacy. I also craft cross-channel brand copy for Vanderbilt campaigns and the Quantum Potential podcast—connecting Vanderbilt with prospective students, supporters, and global audiences.

Daily Harvest is a direct-to-consumer food brand delivering one-step-prep meals made with organic fruits and vegetables. I partnered with the Creative team as a brand copywriter, developing content across marketing channels and editing contributor stories for the brand’s content hub.

Content Strategist

Nicely Built, now Built Best, is a marketing agency specializing in e-commerce website development. As Content Strategist, I crafted Nicely Built’s brand voice and led its content marketing strategy. I created and managed agency social media and email campaigns while developing educational content for brand partnerships with Shopify, Mailchimp, Brand Camp, The Southern C, and AmericasMart Atlanta.
Beyond digital content, I managed Nicely Built’s monthly Shopify and Mailchimp Meetup events—both in-person and virtual. For agency clients, I developed email marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce merchants and lifestyle brands, including content planning, template design, list segmentation, and automation. I also trained clients to analyze campaign metrics and optimize their use of Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

Community Hospitality Lead + Private Events Lead

WeWork provides shared workspace solutions for individuals and companies of all sizes. As Private Events Lead—a role I created—I partnered with WeWork’s HQ Private Events team to launch a new revenue stream in the Atlanta market. I managed event rentals at WeWork Tower Place and WeWork Terminus, coordinating with third-party vendors for catering and labor.
In my role as Community Hospitality Lead at WeWork Tower Place, I fostered meaningful connections among building members through curated social and business networking events. I spearheaded initiatives like Mission Possible (offering free office space to startups and social impact organizations) and WeHustle Wednesdays, an event series supporting small business growth. I also managed the Meetups x WeWork pilot and built partnerships with Atlanta’s startup ecosystem leaders, including ChooseATL, Hypepotamus, ATLeaders, Startup Atlanta, and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative (WEI). Additionally, I managed weekly building email campaigns and designed marketing collateral to promote events.

Ladypreneur League was an online magazine and community I founded in 2013 to spotlight and support women entrepreneurs. As founder and editor-in-chief, I shaped the brand’s voice and visual identity, led all social media strategy, and produced online and in-person programming, events, and partnerships.
I developed collaborations with Career Contessa, Ellevest, General Assembly, Skillshare, and WeWork, and led a team of editorial contributors. LL’s flagship series, Ladypreneurs We Love, featured interviews with industry leaders including Marie Forleo, Katrina Lake (StitchFix), Justina Blakeney, Sally Krawcheck (Ellevest), and Carly Zakin and Danielle Weisberg (theSkimm).
From brand collateral to community engagement, I oversaw every touchpoint—growing Ladypreneur League into a trusted platform for modern businesswomen.

Favor The Kind (formerly The Gypsy Wagon) is a Dallas-based boutique offering a curated mix of clothing and home goods.
